Backspace built its kitchen with the principles of quality, health, and originality in mind. The  menu, with many vegetarian and vegan options, is the product of the hearts of a staff dedicated to bringing you dishes that are healthy, fresh, and prepared with the utmost care. As a small, locally owned café, we focus mainly on supporting our community by purchasing local produce and baked goods to create our dishes. Conveniently located downtown, we encourage everyone, vegetarians and omnivores alike, to stop by and enjoy a meal.
